TEACHING

My teaching is grounded in the belief that learning should be both intellectually rigorous and practically applicable. I aim to equip students with the analytical tools, conceptual frameworks, and critical thinking skills needed to navigate complex organizational challenges. I strive to foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that is anchored in empirical evidence. Drawing on a range of instructional experiences, from undergraduate and doctoral teaching to involvement in MBA course development, I integrate research insights, real-world cases, interactive simulations, and collaborative discussions to bridge theory and practice, helping students become reflective thinkers and informed organizational citizens.

I teach the core undergraduate Organizational Behavior course at IE Business School, where students explore foundational concepts in leadership, motivation, group dynamics, and organizational systems through interactive, research-informed instruction.
